Established in 1973, the Conference of New England Governors and Eastern Canadian Premiers (NEG-ECP) brings together governors from the six states of New England: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont, as well as the premiers of Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. It is a high-level economic forum with the participation of business leaders, ministers and prime ministers, and governors.
