Action Plan

Écotech Québec will contribute to the identification and implementation of developmental projects.

A project is developmental when its impact or influence has benefits throughout Quebec and extends beyond our borders. Furthermore, the project must have the ability to generate other projects and involve many players in the industry. It must promote the networking of expertise and be capable of creating wealth and employment.

Écotech Québec will identify and evaluate projects and select one or more developmental projects in which it can play a pivotal role.

Écotech Québec will also provide timely and practical benefits to its partners by developing tools and activities.

The objectives are:

• Increase the level of specific knowledge and expertise with regard to needs, trends and opportunities, both nationally and internationally, through this website, e-newsletters, etc.;
• Foster networking between all industry stakeholders in order to generate more business opportunities and mutually rewarding partnerships through "speed networking" meetings and an annual industry forum;
• Influence key decision makers to take actions that accelerate the development of cleantech in Québec and facilitate commercialization by organizing events with decision makers as well as annual meetings with government authorities (e.g. Summit on the Hill).
